Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at info@wusut.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Wusut is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@wusut.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Wusut.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Final sale / sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please get in touch if you have questions about whether your specific item is returnable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct size or color.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. All standard return conditions apply — the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wusut.com.
